Download the App

Method 1: Direct Download Codes

  1. Install the Downloader app from your device's app store
  2. Open Downloader and enter one of these codes:

Installation Troubleshooting

App Won't Install or Crashes Immediately

Problem: Old IPTV apps are conflicting with the new installation.

Solution: Remove all previous IPTV apps first:

For Fire Stick:

  1. Go to SettingsApplicationsManage Installed Applications
  2. Find and uninstall any old apps:
    • IPTV Smarters
    • Tivimate
    • Old ZonesTV apps
  3. Try installing the new app again

For Android TV:

  1. Go to SettingsAppsSee All Apps
  2. Select each old IPTV app and choose Uninstall
  3. Restart your device and try installing again

Setup & Login

First-Time Setup

  1. Enter only your username and password
  2. Leave blank: Playlist URLs, server information, or any other fields
  3. Select your region (choose closest to your location)
  4. Wait 2-3 minutes for the channel list to load initially

Login Issues

  • Use only username and password
  • Don't enter playlist URLs or server information
  • If login still fails, contact support@zonestv.com for account verification

Common Issues & Solutions

Buffering Problems

Symptoms: Video keeps stopping, frequent buffering

Requirements: At least 25 Mbps internet speed for smooth streaming

Solutions:

  1. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
  2. Switch to wired connection if possible
  3. Close other apps running on your device
  4. Test your internet speed on other streaming apps

No Sound

Symptoms: Video plays but no audio

Solutions:

  1. Check device volume isn't muted
  2. In video player, try switching to different audio track
  3. Restart the stream (go back and select channel again)
  4. Check audio settings in the app

Black Screen

Symptoms: Can hear audio but screen is black

Solutions:

  1. Force close the ZonesTV app completely
  2. Go to device settings → Find ZonesTV → Clear Cache
  3. Restart your device
  4. Reopen the app

App Keeps Crashing

Symptoms: App won't stay open, crashes frequently

Solutions:

  1. Go to device settings → Find ZonesTV
  2. Select both Clear Cache and Clear Data
  3. Force close the app completely
  4. Restart your device
  5. Ensure you have at least 1GB free storage space

Poor Video Quality

Symptoms: Blurry picture, low resolution

Requirements: At least 25 Mbps internet speed for HD quality

Solutions:

  1. Check app settings for "Stream Quality" or "Video Quality"
  2. Set to "Auto" or "High"
  3. Use wired connection instead of Wi-Fi when possible
  4. Test internet speed

TV Guide Issues

Symptoms: EPG not loading, no guide data

Solutions:

  1. Go to app settings → EPG Settings or Guide Settings
  2. Select Clear EPG Data
  3. Select Force Refresh
  4. Wait 10 minutes for guide to reload completely

Missing Channels

Symptoms: Some channels disappeared or not showing

Solutions:

  1. Refresh channel list in app settings
  2. Force close and reopen the app
  3. If channels still missing, contact support@zonestv.com (may be subscription-related)
